JobNetFlow ("we", "us", "our") is a job search and networking tracker available at jobnetflow.com. We are operated as an independent product based in Canada.

We collect only the minimum data required to provide the service:
We do not collect payment information, as JobNetFlow is free to use.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sell it to third parties under any circumstances.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not receive your Google password, contacts, Gmail messages, or any other Google account data. The Google sign-in is handled securely via OAuth 2.0.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL database) hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Row-level security policies ensure you can only access your own data.
Transactional emails are sent via Resend. Invite emails are sent via Gmail SMTP. We do not store email content beyond your session.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Upon deletion, all your jobs, contacts, and profile data are permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems within 24 hours.
We use browser cookies solely for authentication session management (via Supabase Auth). We use browser localStorage to store lightweight preferences such as whether you have completed the onboarding tour. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

JobNetFlow is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
