Is JobNetFlow really free?

Yes, completely free to use. No credit card required, no hidden tiers, no paywalled features. Sign in with your Google account and you're up and running in seconds.

How do I import my existing job tracker?

Go to the Jobs page and click Import. JobNetFlow accepts .xlsx, .xls, and .csv files. The importer will walk you through mapping your columns. No reformatting needed.

How do calendar reminders work?

In Settings, enable calendar reminders and choose your preferred reminder time and timezone. JobNetFlow generates a personal iCal feed URL. Click Add to Google Calendar or Add to Outlook Calendar to subscribe. Your follow-up dates will appear as calendar events and the feed refreshes automatically every hour.

I changed my reminder time or timezone. Why aren't my calendar events updating?

Google Calendar and Outlook cache your iCal feed and may not pick up time or timezone changes automatically.

Changed your time or timezone?You must remove the existing JobNetFlow calendar from Google Calendar or Outlook and re-add it using the button in Settings. Google Calendar caches the feed and won't reflect time or timezone changes until you re-subscribe.
Is my data private and secure?

Your data belongs to you. JobNetFlow stores your information securely and never sells or shares it with third parties. Each user's data is isolated. No other user can see your jobs, contacts, or notes. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I access JobNetFlow from multiple devices?

Yes. Your data is saved in the cloud and syncs across all your devices. Sign in with the same Google account on any browser and everything is exactly where you left it.

What is the Networking CRM and how is it different from the job tracker?

The job tracker manages your applications (company, role, status, follow-up dates). The Contacts CRM is for the people in your network (recruiters, alumni, hiring managers), tracking every conversation, coffee chat, and the date you need to follow up. Together they give you a complete picture of your search.
